Over the last decade, thousands of intended parents have engaged successfully in surrogacy in countries without surrogacy laws in place , driven by lower costs, eligibility or convenience. This session tracks the trends in ‘unregulated’ surrogacy globally, how countries are dealing with these and provides an update on surrogacy in Mexico and emerging programs in Europe for gay singles and couples.
