Geraldine and her partner married in March 2012. Two years later Geraldine was diagnosed with cancer of the womb/endometrial cancer. She underwent fertility treatment in Ireland prior to surgery to preserve her embryos. After 3 IVF cycles they were left with two precious embryos. In March 2015 they commenced surrogacy with Intersono, shipping their embryos to Ukraine. Their beautiful baby boy was born on 21st May 2016.
