Julia is the Director of New Hope, a surrogacy agency based in Kiev, Ukraine. Her company has worked in international adoption since 1999. When, in 2012, Ukraine banned foreigners from adopting healthy children under five, demand for surrogacy increased in Ukraine (it has been legal for heterosexuals since 2000). Julia will talk about how surrogacy works in the Ukraine, medical facilities, laws and surrogate care.

If you would like a private complimentary meeting with Julia in Stockholm on Saturday 20th October please email Heather to organise: [email protected]
