After several years of treatment for her endometriosis and unexplained infertility, Katie and husband Tom tried Surrogacy in Australia. They managed 2 cycles in over 2 years due to the time taken to complete all the necessary approval requirements in Victoria – first cycle with their own embryo and second cycle using donor embryo. Unfortunately, Katie and Tom did not achieve a pregnancy in Australia.
In August 2017 Katie and Tom looked to the Ukraine and signed with Lotus Surrogacy agency. On year later, they welcomed a healthy baby boy – the result of the first embryo transfer with their surrogate.
