Lilly Frost is the Program Director of Surrogacy & My Donor Cycle. Herself an egg  donor, Lilly pioneered the idea of inter-agency donor sharing. Lilly helped found the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation in Surrogacy  to encourage self-regulation in ART while respecting and valuing the donors and surrogates. Based in San Diego, Lilly now runs  a US/Mexico hybrid program, utilising Mexican surrogates with work/visitor visas who reside in San Diego for the last 2-3 months of pregnancy. IVF processes occur in Cancun
