Sydney couple Mark (aged 38), and his partner David (33), are now dads through gestational surrogacy. They started their journey in 2016 engaged with their egg donor that year with IVF Australia, creating 10 embryos. In early 2018, they met their amazing surrogate Shell, her husband Chris, and their family in Taree, NSW. After a lot of getting to know each other, Shell and Chris offered to help them start a family. In April 2019, their first transfer took. Mila Rose was born in December 2019 at 39 weeks.
