Natasha has three children – three “gifts” born from sperm donation – so as she sees it, she owes three gifts in return.
Since becoming a mother 5 years ago she has donated her eggs to help a couple conceive, been a gestational surrogate for a gay couple, and now contemplating what her last gift will be- doing it all in the name of “paying it forward”
