Nicole Delaney is a Senior NGO Manager based in Geneva where she manages investments to national health programs and health systems in complex and challenging environments across Eastern Europe. She has invaluable connects to resources across the region and has stepped in on a pro-bono basis to assist with surrogacy community evacuations ex Ukraine. Prior Nicole worked for UNHCR in refugee protection and emergency responses in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kenya and at HQ in Geneva, and specifically in emergency crisis management for wars in Iraq and Liberia.  Between 2010-2012 Nicole was a Fellow at Harvard University conducting research on refugee protection and global health.
