Bereits im Referendariat arbeitete Nicole für die Anwaltskanzlei Bümlein und übernahm nach ihrer Zulassung als Rechtsanwältin im Oktober 2008 die Sozialrechtsabteilung sowie die russische Familienrechtsabteilung. 2011 absolvierte sie erfolgreich ein Fachanwaltsstudium im Sozialrecht und erhielt 2012 die Zulassung als Fachanwältin für Sozialrecht von der Berliner Rechtsanwaltskammer. Ende 2014 hat sie den theoretischen Teil des Fachanwaltslehrgangs für Familienrecht erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Nicole wurde 2017 von der Berliner Anwaltskammer als Rechtsanwältin zugelassen. Ihre Rechtsanwaltskanzlei konzentriert sich auf das Familien- und Sozialrecht

Since 2008 Nicole has been an admitted lawyer and specialist lawyer for family law and social law. She also teaches at a vocational school and further education academy. Her main focus is on family law matters with international implications. In 2019 she was listed in the Focus list of the top lawyers in family law in Germany.
