Rachel is a “Birth Preparation and Breastfeeding Guru” a UK authority on all aspects of infant feeding, including initiating lactation, donated milk, human milk banks and all the different formulas and  bottles. . She teaches other health care professionals about infant feeding , has run freelance clinics for Zita West in London and the charity, Wallingford Baby Bar.  Rachel generates birth plans, assists in tapping into NHS services following overseas births, has worked with gay and heterosexual couples and singles, is the author of  parenting book: “Your Baby Skin To Skin” (April 2017); a Mother&Baby columnist and Facebook Live host.  She has featured as the Baby and Parenting Expert for The Baby Show and has mentored women and their families through the more practical and emotional sides of pregnancy, birth and babies.
