Sarka is a Brisbane-based altruistic surrogate who is married with four children of her own aged 15, 12, 10 and 8 . She carried for her best friend of 30 years, a Sydney-based heterosexual couple, Ana and Edi and birthed their son Mateo in July 2019. Surrogacy was an indescribable unique journey of intense emotions and seeing the happiness and gratefulness of new parents holding their new baby has bonded their families forever. They are in regular contact receiving constant updates on how Mateo is progressing. Sarka will discuss the ins and outs of carrying for recipients in another state.
