Admitted to the Bar in Ukraine. Ms. Stusova has over 10 years of experience in practicing law with a special focus on family law, medical law and private clients. Yulia is regularly advising non-residents on complicated family and private client matters, including the legal implications of infertility treatment and surrogacy in Ukraine. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian. She authors numerous publications on the Ukrainian medical law aspects as well as on the potential legal risks and opportunities of infertility treatment and surrogacy in Ukraine. Yulia is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and a member of the Ukrainian Attorney’s association.
