Richard (38) is a UK citizen living in Shanghai with his Chinese wife Tingting. They engaged in surrogacy in Russia and their baby Isla was born early in August 2020 in Moscow amidst the covid lockdown. It took five weeks to obtain a birth certificate. Richard & Isla remain in Moscow finalising Isla’s UK passport application. Richard will discuss their experience to date.
