Welcome to Growing Families 
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Growing Families’ services, including consultations, events, webinars, introductions and access to resources. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. Our Role 

Growing Families provides independent education, guidance, and support for intended parents exploring surrogacy, donor IVF, and other family-building options. We act as educators, connectors and facilitators but we are not a legal, medical or financial service provider. 

Any guidance or introductions we provide are based on your circumstances and the information you share. While we aim to provide accurate and timely guidance, we cannot guarantee results. 

2. Third-Party Services 

We may introduce you to third-party providers, agencies, or resources that appear to align with your needs. These introductions do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any provider’s services, conduct, or outcomes. 

You are responsible for your own decisions when engaging with any third-party provider. 

3. Verification Program 

Some providers introduced by Growing Families may be part of our verification program, which assesses providers against certain standards of professionalism, experience, and ethical practice. Being verified does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the provider’s services or outcomes. 

You are responsible for assessing whether any provider, verified or otherwise, meets your needs. 

4. Consultations and Support 

Consultations and one-time support services are based on information you provide and your circumstances at the time of the service. Timelines, costs, availability, and other factors may change. We provide guidance to help you make informed decisions, but we cannot control or guarantee outcomes. 

5. Events, Webinars, and Sponsors 

Participation in events and webinars is subject to availability and may be modified without notice. These sessions are intended to provide insights and education to help you make informed decisions. 

Some events and webinars may include sponsorship or participation from third-party companies or providers. Inclusion of a sponsor or partner does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of their services, products, or conduct. While we take reasonable steps to vet participating sponsors and providers and conduct appropriate due diligence before inviting them to be involved, we do not control and are not responsible for their services, advice, representations, or performance. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any sponsor independently. 

Use of event or webinar information is at your own discretion, and we are not responsible for outcomes based on how it is applied. 

6. Resources 

Access to our resource library, guides, videos, and other materials is provided for educational purposes. Use of these materials is at your own discretion, and we are not responsible for outcomes based on how the information is applied. 

7. Privacy and Data 

We take your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growing Families shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, interactions with third-party providers, participation in events or webinars, or reliance on information from our verification program. 

9. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the relevant legal framework.
