Anita Fiorenza joined Growing Families in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of personal and professional experience in surrogacy and donor journeys. Having walked the same path as many of her clients, Anita’s work is grounded in empathy, passion, and a genuine commitment to seeing others achieve their dream of parenthood.
Anita is a devoted advocate, compassionate mentor, and dedicated mother who has touched countless lives through her work at Growing Families. Her surrogacy journey began after a life-changing cancer diagnosis, leading her to become a mother through surrogacy in 2020 amid the pandemic. This profound experience not only inspired her own path to family but has also fueled her mission to empower and support other intended parents as they pursue theirs. Anita’s deep empathy and unwavering commitment shine through her work as she bridges the personal and professional realms of surrogacy with grace and passion.
Philosophy and Advocacy
Anita believes that honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of building trusting relationships in the surrogacy and donor community. She is inspired by the unity and support within the community, where cultural and personal differences are bridged by shared hopes of family-building. This ethos drives her work—Anita aims to create a supportive environment where intended parents feel informed and confident in their journey.
Anita has contributed to several initiatives aimed at increasing support for intended parents. She co-founded the largest online surrogacy support network for families pursuing surrogacy in Georgia, providing a vital space for individuals to connect, share resources, and support one another.
In 2022, Anita and a fellow intended parent launched the world’s first Georgian Surrogacy Podcast, offering an in-depth look at surrogacy and egg donation in Georgia. The podcast has listeners from over 30 countries and has become a go-to resource for intended parents, surrogates, and donors seeking credible information.
