Kirsty is an expert educator on domestic and cross border donor and surrogacy arangements. Previously with University of Kent Law School. Her research interests are in regulation of human reproduction and genetic technologies, particularly where these overlap with issues in Family Law; and the law of obligations based on ‘relationship’ and/or imbalances of power. Kirsty played an integral role in The Surrogacy UK Working Group on Surrogacy Law Reform and the resulting report. She is now with London Egg Bank
