Victory Reproductive Care (VRC) is located in Windsor, Ontario, 20min from the Michigan border, and was founded in 2008 by Dr. Rahi Victory, who had a vision and passion for building families.
Dr. Victory wanted to ensure that successful, ground breaking in vitro fertilization technology was accessible and affordable for all. VRC has since grown into a full service state-of-the-art in-vitro fertilization center with a global footprint.
