Olga is a Ukrainian attorney who has practised in the fields of family and fertility law since 2010. She serves as the Ukraine representative on the Growing Families International Advisory Board and brings deep, practical expertise in the legal support of international surrogacy programs.
With extensive knowledge of fertility legislation and established practice in Ukraine, Olga and her team prepare the legal documentation required before medical procedures can commence, ensuring the rights and obligations of all parties are clearly defined and protected. Her work also includes comprehensive guidance through surrogacy exit processes, supporting intended parents from birth through to departure from Ukraine.
Olga works closely with key Ukrainian authorities, including the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Migration Service, local Registry Offices, notaries, and courts, allowing her to navigate complex administrative and legal requirements with care and precision. She is also a member of Growing Families’ Verification Criteria review committee, contributing her regional and legal expertise to the ongoing review and strengthening of the standards used to assess agencies and providers worldwide.
