Our journey is especially complex, involving three IVF clinics (two in NZ and one in Australia), and Anita has been our rock through it all. Having gone through surrogacy herself, she was the very first person who ever promised us a baby. She is always there — no matter the time of day, no matter what’s on our mind.
Living in NZ while our embryos are stored in Australia creates many legal and logistical hurdles, yet Anita has gone above and beyond countless times. She even drove across town to personally organise for our specialist to sign paperwork in front of a notary — at no extra cost, simply out of kindness.
More than once, when I felt close to giving up, I knew I could count on Anita. She truly understands the emotional rollercoaster, always shares positive energy, and never stops supporting us. She is the first person in this seven-year journey who has been on our side 100% of the time.
