David is a Perth dad who after consultation with Growing Families, worked with Lauri & Kathryn at The Fertility Agency (now Hatch) to help select both an egg donor and surrogate. His first IVF cycle produced only one high quality embryo, so he initiated a second cycle. After a late miscarriage at the three month mark, his surrogate Brittany went on the bear a healthy boy Matthew in June 2024 in Oklahoma. David met a partner during his journey. He will recount the ups and downs of the process and some of the dramas to expect along the way
