Jake and his partner Hannah are best known for their documentary ‘Our Baby: A Modern Miracle’ which aired on Channel 4. The first UK trans couple to successfully navigate surrogacy, Jake had previously paused his testosterone to undergo fertility preservation and had five embryos on ice. Once the couple decided this really was achievable, they explored options internationally. Then a UK surrogate, Laura, came into their lives and in 2020, birthed their child Millie. Five years on, Jake will provide insight into their lives.
