Jemma met her Intended Parents (IP’s) at a Growing Families conference in 2021. She was not initially looking to be a surrogate, but she was speaking at the event as an egg donor. Jemma kept in touch with her IP’s after the conference and grew an amazing friendship. After a lot of conversations, both she and her husband agreed to be their surrogate. They transferred the first embryo and lucky enough it stuck and baby Rupert was born at 32 weeks after a Placental Abruption. He is now a healthy and happy nearly 11 month old little boy.
Jemma and her husband share 4 children aged 14,13,10 and 7 and live a coastal life in North Qld.
