Marta Wolska started working with London Egg Bank and London Sperm Bank in 2013, to introduce novel recruitment processes and increase growth of both donor banks. She then moved exclusively to London Egg Bank where she has helped improve and grow LEB’s processes and donor database. She is now the Operations Director of London Egg Bank, and is responsible for all operational aspects of the company.
