Professor Paula Gerber has been an academic in the Monash University Law Faculty since 2004 and the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law. Professor Gerber is an internationally renowned legal scholar with expertise in international human rights law. She was the co-author of Souls in the house of tomorrow: The rights of children born via surrogacy (Surrogacy, law and human rights , 2016)
