What the Verified Provider Badge Means

At Growing Families, we know that intended parents are making deeply personal, life-changing decisions. That’s why trust, transparency, and ethical practice are at the heart of everything we do and why we created our Verification Process.

When you see the Verified Provider badge, it’s a symbol of credibility, accountability, and alignment with the values that matter most to families starting their journey.

What the Badge Represents

Becoming a Verified Provider means an organisation has been carefully assessed by our team and has met criteria across several key areas:

  • Best Practices
The provider demonstrates a commitment to accepted best practices, including transparency in pricing and surrogate care.
  • Experience & Track Record
They have verifiable experience supporting intended parents and have received positive feedback from recent clients.
  • Professionalism & Responsiveness
They uphold respectful, timely, and clear communication, and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to improvement.
  • Alignment with Our Values
Most importantly, they support our mission to make family building more informed, inclusive, and safe for all.

Why We Created the Program

The surrogacy and donor landscape can be complex, especially across international borders. Our Verification Process helps simplify it by identifying providers who have earned our confidence — so intended parents can make more informed, empowered choices.

Not All Applications Are Approved

Only those who meet our verification criteria are granted Verified status. Some applicants may be asked to make improvements before proceeding. In some cases, applicants may be declined entirely if they do not align with the principles we uphold.

Using the Badge

When you see the Verified Provider badge on a provider’s website, it confirms they’ve met Growing Families’ standards for trust, transparency and professionalism.

The badge will always link back to a page on our site so you can verify that the partner is currently approved, understand the criteria behind the badge, and feel confident in your choice to engage with them.

Limitations

The Verified Provider badge reflects that a provider has met Growing Families’ standards for professionalism, transparency, and accepted practice in their country of operation. It is important to understand what verification does and does not represent:

  • Verification does not guarantee outcomes or the success of any surrogacy or donor IVF journey.
  • While we review provider information, documentation, and independently obtained client feedback, we do not investigate every claim or resolve disputes between clients and providers.
  • Providers are assessed at a point in time, and verification is periodically reviewed but not monitored in real time.
  • The badge indicates alignment with our criteria, but intended parents should carefully consider the specifics detailed indicated on each provider’s page.
