Melissa and her husband have two kids – Emma and Asher. Melissa matched with Australian IP Trudy Bateman in 2021. Melissa undertook three transfers of Trudy’s embryos, but sadly their either did not take or miscarried. Melissa went on to match with a UK gay couple early in 2023 and gave birth to a baby boy in December 2023. She will discuss her motivations, dealing with failure and the friendships she has secured along the way
