Client Support Executive

Growing Families is a global leader in offering passionate support and expert guidance to individuals and couples navigating their unique family-building journeys. Since 2011, we’ve helped individuals and couples worldwide, including gay men and those experiencing infertility, navigate surrogacy and other family-building pathways with clarity and confidence.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Client Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll not only help us provide exceptional support to our clients, but also play an important part in driving our growth as we expand and evolve.

As a Client Support Executive, you’ll be providing individuals and couples exceptional support as they start their family-building journey. You’ll be their first point of contact, providing clarity and confidence while encouraging them to take the next step with Growing Families.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take Care of Client Enquiries: Respond to enquiries via phone or email in a timely manner, providing clear, empathetic information about our services – training will be provided.
  • Keep Things Organised: Log all interactions in our CRM system and manage follow-ups effectively – training will be provided.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Track trends and provide valuable insights that support marketing and operational decisions.
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Improvement: Help pinpoint areas where our support processes can be enhanced for better efficiency and client experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with colleagues from different areas of the business to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Should you be interested, there may be occasional opportunities for travel to events or client meetings.

Other Essential Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and software
  • Some understanding of Microsoft Office applications or similar
  • Time management skills

Desirable But Not Required:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience with customer service/support
  • Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools
  • Understanding of the family-building process, especially surrogacy and egg donation
