Legal Considerations for Australians

Ben Sayer has developed great expertise in supporting both intended parents and surrogates engaging in domestic surrogacy. The processes required to achieve legal transfer of parentage differ by state. Ben will clarify which jurisdiction is relevant when your surrogate or donor is in a different state and what legal processes you will need to budget for to meet Australian requirements. He will also discuss any differences in legal processes for those engaging outside the IVF environment using traditional surrogacy.
