Lisa Hogan is a registered nurse with over 20 years experience in high risk labor and delivery at Windsor Regional Hospital. After dedicating the vast majority of her nursing career celebrating the miracle of childbirth with thousands of families, Lisa has redirected her passion from delivering babies, to assisting families with creating them. Lisa joined the Victory Reproductive Care team 3 years ago in the role of Nurse Manager and has since been instrumental in creating a supportive culture that understands no two definitions of the word family are the same. She is also responsible for the development of VRC’s rapidly growing Third Party Program. Lisa led the VRC team through 2 successful third party government accreditations and has a solid understanding of the Canadian Regulations. Her dedication and primary focus is to ensure that each family has an individualized, safe, positive and supportive journey towards parents.
