Rachel has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2006 and receives briefs in all areas of Family Law. Rachel has a special interest in surrogacy and adoption matters. Rachel is a regular speaker, including internationally, on the subject of fertility law and surrogacy. Rachel provides services to parties who require legal assistance advice when entering into domestic altruistic surrogacy arrangements and when applying for transfers of parentage.
