Tracy is a founding partner of Tracy Horan & Company. The firm has developed a strong knowledge of family law and in particular surrogacy. From a legal perspective, things aren’t that simple where surrogacy is concerned in Ireland.  There is no legislation that legislates for surrogacy and the quest for legal parenthood can seem very daunting. Tracy has guided many Irish nationals through the legal labyrinth, to reach the end goal of passports, citizenship and where necessary, adoption.
