Surrogacy in Canada & Argentina

Brian Rosenberg is the founder of Gays With Kids and GWK Academy, a leading resource for gay and queer men on their journey to fatherhood. He is a father of three through adoption and surrogacy. Brian is also HIV+ and the biological father of his twins. Through GWK Academy, Brian is passionate about providing valuable information and support to empower dads-to-be on their parenting journey.

Dr. Jennifer Barros is the director of surrogacy services for Surrogacy Mexico which is part of a global surrogacy group with agencies and fertility clinics in Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia.  She is a physician with a speciality in quality management.  Prior to joining Surrogacy Mexico, she had 5 years experience in prenatal control and pregnant care, providing her with the expertise for the wellness of gestational carriers before, during and after their pregnancy process. She has been leading the surrogacy program in Mexico for more than 2 years, helping to raise awareness about surrogacy processes in the world and has the training and consulting knowledge to provide accurate and truthful information. Dr. Jennifer has the privilege of supporting, guiding and accompanying those intended parents who have the dream and desire to form a family, providing a high quality, humanized, professional, efficient, timely and inclusive service for all.

Dr. Rahi Victory is a Canadian trained obstetrician gynecologist with an American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology subspecialty in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.  Dr. Victory is renowned for his compassionate, individualized patient plans and approach to care.  His extensive experience combined with an avante-garde approach have placed Victory Reproductive Care at the forefront of third party services.  Dr. Victory is passionate about making sure every experience is an exceptional one and to that end he meets with every client, every egg donor and every surrogate, himself. Our priniciples are science, technology, communication and compassion.  Dr. Victory’s only goal is your success and satisfaction. 

Paul and his husband, Tiziano, are fathers to a very active one-year-old son born through surrogacy in the USA in 2023. The couple used San Diego Fertility Clinic for egg donation and IVF, and CSP (Center for Surrogate Parenting) for their gestational carrier. Their surrogate was based in Oregon, USA, with whom they still maintain a very close relationship with. Both Australian citizens, they have been through the parental order process and immigration in the UK, as well as citizenship-by-decent processes in Australia and Italy.

Sam Everingham is the Global Director of Growing Families.  He has become one of the globe’s foremost commentators and researchers on donor & surrogacy trends and capacity. Through conferences, seminars and consulting he has assisted over a thousand singles and couples to plan safe and reliable routes to building families through surrogacy & donor IVF.

Sam has two daughters, Zoe & Ruby, via surrogacy and therefore is very aware of the issues, struggles and frustrations along the surrogacy path.  With a background in public health and research he is also the author of several books.

Tamari is an experienced international fertility manager,  with a long history working in local and international health care industry, a Medical degree and a Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Policy. She initially ran programs solely in Georgia and has recently opened a groundbreaking surrogacy and donor program in Argentina. Her specific interest is in the inter-dependencies of global and national practices, in how policies are written  based on different regional contexts and translated into real medical solution to ensure better health outcomes.
